I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have never had such terrible experience with a technology partner. The guys who work for Tego are complete incompetents and do not know what theyre doing. They always seem to be in a rush and dont seem to care about the quality of their work. In addition the prices are outrageous and there is no guarantee that youll actually get what you ordered. Definitely avoid this company if you need technical assistance

Dont go with Tego - they wont help you out. I have had to call them a few times now because my phone keeps going off and I cant find the damn thing or my software is freezing up. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I cannot believe that this company is in the business of Tego - its absolutely terrible. I had to call them multiple times and ask for help because their website was down and they could not find the tegoapp which is supposed to be their main product. They said that it was out of stock but when I asked what store they were talking about they couldnt tell me anything. In fact there are several different stores across the country with the same name - so why would there be a Tego app specifically for one store Their customer service is also terrible - I called them three times last week and each time someone hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and frustrating.

look no further than Tego.I have used Tego for a few years now and I can say that their technology is top-notch. However the company has been in business for a bit too long now and they dont seem to be much of a innovation movement anymore. Additionally their customer service is terrible - Ive had to deal with them more than once where theyve been extremely unhelpful and even refused to help me with a problem that I was having with my product. Overall avoid this company if you need any tech assistance - they are not worth your time or money.
