This company is terrible. I have had my IT support and Colocation services with them for over a year now and they are never able to keep up with their promises. They always run behind schedule and their customer service is nonexistent. I would not recommend these companies to anyone.

I have had a terrible experience with Tekcetera.com. The managed service provider is terrible and the IT support is even worse. They are not able to do anything about my computer problems and they cant find any Colocation providers in Orange County that would work with me. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Our business partner Tekcetera Inc. was in charge of managing the service. On Monday morning our IT support person was still not back and said that he would be back in Wednesday. They never came back up. We were really upset at Tekcetera Inc. We called them several times and they didnt answer their phone. I found Tekcetera to be a terrible business man. He always has to be there when I need him and he never does anything. His IT support was terrible and his Incognito mode made it very difficult to track down his conversations. Overall I found this company to be bad and would not recommend it to anyone.
