Do not use this company. They are terrible at everything. My first experience with them was when I needed help with my computer and they couldnt even find the remote to turn it on. Then I had to call customer service because they wouldnt do anything about it. And now Im having trouble getting my account changed because they keep telling me theres no change available and then after a few days even though Ive sent proofs of payment they say sorry but we dont think that you will be able to change your account. Theyre definitely not in the business of providing good IT support

The service is terrible. I have had to call them multiple times for two different issues and the first time they were not able to help because they were out of town. The second time they said it was my fault and that I needed to change my password. They are also very slow in responding to emails and phone calls.

I have had two problems with Tekconcierge.com and I can say that I have had the same experience everywhere. The customer service is not responsive and they always do not seem to know what to do when something goes wrong. For example I called them because of a problem with my account and they said they would help me out but no one comes to the phone call and after about an hour I get a message that my account has been cancelled. Its really frustrating because I trying to use the website and my computer is going crazy because of the Tekconcierge.com error message constantly coming up on my screen. The products offered by Tekconcierge.com are only relevant in certain moments andor areas. For example we were told by our group CEO that tekconcierge.com is not a store or online store. In our day and time there are better stores out there buttekconcier
