I have had to call them multiple times because my computer is not working and they keep telling me its because of the viruses they installed when in reality it could be anything from their incompetence to just being lazy. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

They are never available when you need them and they make a lot of noise in your office while theyre talking on the phone. Overall we would not recommend this company to anyone.Do not use Tekconn IT support They are terrible You will be sorry if you do

.com is a company that provides online service and support for its customers in the New York City area.TEKConn.com has been known for providing poor customer service with their lack of response to customer inquiries and inability to provide knowledge on various IT issues.It appears that the company does not have any experience in this field and is only learning from other companies mistakes. The users have given them an C rating.I recently worked with TEKconn.com again exactly 2 years ago because they were such an important part of my life at the time. I had a great time working with them and had no idea how bad things could get. This past year they have completely changed their tune and become very unhelpful unresponsive again. I would not recommend them to anyone

Inc.I just entered my last two months of data and work-life off the clock for Tekconn.com and Im not happy with what Ive found so far. The worst part is that these companies are usually much better out of the business of IT support in New York City and Brooklyn Queens. Its hard to find good IT services for cheap here especially when it comes to cloud computing services for newbies like me who want to be able to stay connected with my family without spending a fortune on vacations and gasoline. TImeouts are really important in our lives because we have jobs that need to be met with within a certain time frame and if we cant do something then we have to go get something else started. That being said time isnt money and you cant travel around trying to Downsize because you would end up smaller by doing away with your own satisfaction which is why having times where one day goes later than another is
