SolutionsThis company is terrible. I have used them twice now and both times they have not delivered what they said they would. First they said the software would be delivered in a few days but its now been two weeks and no software has been delivered. Secondly their customer service is absolutely terrible. They wont even take my calls or respond to my emails. If youre looking for a poorly run home business this is the Place to go

The first time I used them they did not send the correct document to me and then when I called customer service they were very unhelpful. Furthermore their website is not very user-friendly and it takes a lot of time to figure out how to get started. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

SolutionsI just got my trial version of TekDoc Solutions and its the mostratic software Ive used. However I immediately realized two things- first there is no customer service andor response time and second the price is very high. Im not sure if they are trying to be responsive or if they are pricing it up high in order to make more money. Either way its not a good experience.
