I have never had such bad customer service from anyone before. I ordered a TekFive game and when it didnt come in the mail I sent an email to customer service and they said that if I did not receive it by tomorrow they would cancel my order. I called them today and there was no one on duty so I left a message for the owner of the company. They never answered back so I just gave up and ordered from another site.

I have had to return over 100 items They never process returns even though they say they do. My products dont work and I have to send them back and get a new one made just like it. This is the worst service I have ever received from TekFive.
