I have had a terrible experience with Tek intelligence.com. The company is in the business of providing software solutions and services but their customer service is nonexistent at best. Ive had to contact them multiple times for issues that have arisen with their products and they always dont seem to care about resolving the issue. In addition the prices for their services are astronomical compared to other companies Ive used in the past. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone and would avoid using them at all costs.

Tekintelligence is a terrible company. They are always quick to do something that does not work and are never able to find a bug in anything. I have used them for software services for the past two years and they have never been late yet they have never been able to find a bug in anything. Do not use this company at all.

I just return from the companysai...I just returned from the companysaisland headquarters and was very disappointed. The service there has been poor at best. I have had to call multiple times to get my orders handled and when I am in the process of ordering anything I have had to wait for an hour or more. And when I am finished with what I wanted it takes quite some time to get a response. Overall I have had to wait for quite some time for my order and it never happened again with this company.
