1 Terrible customer service I was extremely disappointed with the way that Tekmethods.com handled my problem. They were not willing to help me out and instead said that they did not know what I was talking about. They told me that they could not help me because I had mistaken their company for another one and they would have to speak to the other companys customer service department in order to figure out what was going on. Needless to say this did not go well and I will never use them again.

We had internet service for my wife and me here for the first time in years and I have to say that this was a mistake. We are no longer using Tek Methods because of this company. Thank you for your time but I suggest yourselves not too work with them either.

I absolutely stopped using Tekmethods.com because the customer service was terrible and they did not help me at all. I had to call them back and then call them back again to figure out what was wrong with their system. They were never responsive to my messages or phone calls. I really dont think that people should have to go this far into the process to get help with their technology problems.
