I have never had such terrible customer service. I called in to ask a question about a new software feature and the customer service representative was unprofessional rude and condescending. She told me that I needed to be more familiar with the product before asking questions and refused to answer my questions. The whole experience was extremely humiliating and made me very uncomfortable. Do not go to this company if you want your business dealings with them to be positive

I was out of work many years and never wrote a bad user review. Im not there yet but this ones going to be hard to avoid. Teknomatics is a great company and they provide great products but this review just isnt good enough. They are really losing me with their customer service.This company is really worth your time and money - they provide amazing products that make your business better - but this review just wasnt good enough. They were polite and helpful but the customer service was terrible.
