I was very disappointed with my recent IT service from Tekscape. The customer service was terrible and the Technician who did the IT for my house was so slow and refused to do anything about it. I had to ask several times on how he could do something about it and he just looked at me like I was some type of idiot. Overall I would not recommend Tekscape or their technology services.
