I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have had two service contracts with them and they have both expired. The first time they charged me twice what I was quoted and the second time they billed me for something that never happened. They are also very expensive and their services are not worth the money.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The service they provide is terrible and the support is nonexistent. I have had to contact customer service multiple times and they always do not seem to care about their customers. I did not receive any help from them after my first issue and then another one came up a few weeks later. Overall I was very disappointed with their services and would not recommend them to anyone.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I will never go back to them. The best way to describe it is they were always here when I needed them but they also would let me know if there was anything going on with my account that I needed to know about. It was really difficult to get through their phone line without help from someone else on thephone. Overall it was a good experience but just dont rely on them too much because youll be disappointed.

I have had the pleasure of working with many different companies in the past and never been so disappointed. Company tektegrity.com is nothing but a disaster. The service is terrible their prices are terrible and they do not work with any of the major digital marketing tools. I have successfully closed over 30 deals with this company in the past year only to find out that their software has been used as a pretext for load-time problems and other issues which have since caused our website to crash multiple times. Bad user review written by an old person who has never been more unhappy with anything in his life
