I have never used this company and would not recommend it. The customer service is terrible and they do not seem to care about their customers. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because they did not deliver on their promise of delivery.

This company is terrible. They are always trying to scam you and make you feel like you are being scammed. I had a lot of trouble getting my welcome card and when I got it the text message said it was shipped already The only thing good about this company is that they offer free shipping on orders over 50. But overall avoid this company if you can

I have had a terrible experience with telecomp.com. The first time I tried to sign up for an account they told me that I needed to be over the age of 18 and I wasnt. Then when I tried to use the chat feature they told me that it was currently not working because my phone was too old. Needless to say this is not the kind of company you want in your business - unless youre looking for feedback on your customer service skills
