"Telewire- Inc. Has Terrible Customer Service."
Telewire inc, Review Specifics:
Telewire- Inc. has terrible customer service. I caused a problem with my computer and the SRE said I needed to come in for an inquiry because I was using my computer for work purposes. When I got there it seemed like a strange time of day and he had to know that I wanted something about our security system which is located on site. He also didnt seem interested in what I had to say except for letting me know that they would get back to me as soon as possible. The outcome of this issue was frustrating as can be and TeleWire- gave me a rate increase on my original quote only to have it lowered after the increase came into play. Overall tele WIre-inc is not worth their time or money when your Computer needs attention andor someone else comes by during business hours-.
