1 stars - Terrible company with terrible customer service. I had to email them 3 times before they would even answer my question about a change in address for my home. Then when I finally got an answer the new address was nowhere near my house and the old one was They are also very unprofessional and did not respond to my emails quickly enough. Will never use them again.

IDont know what to say about Telicsolutions.com other than that its a complete and utter scam They promised me a home phone system for free but when I got the system it was anything but free. The customer service was terrible too. They said they would get back to me within 24 hours but never did. In fact they never even responded to my emails or calls. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone

Telic Solutions is a terrible business center. I have been using their business center for just over a month now and it is already past the point where it will not work with my new network. I have tried every steps that they suggest we are trying different settings and still cannot get it to work. We have told them multiple times to stop with the problems and they still do not seem to care. They are barely doing anything when it comes to delivery on what has been given to you.I would not recommend this business center to anyone.
