"I Have Had Two Separate Issues With Telmantec And"
TeleManagement Technologies Inc, Review Specifics:
I have had two separate issues with Telmantec and not been satisfied with their services. The first issue was a Roland WandRelay card that I received as a prototype for my software. The card was working fine but when I got it again as a new model Roland WandCage it suddenly stopped working and the website would not let me change the channels on the side of the box. I could only get it to work in English. When I called Telmantec customer service they said We dont do customer service. They didnt know anything about this product or how to fix it. So I sent my money back and started over. The second issue was an app that I received for my computer. This app did not go into operation until after I had installed it and started using my computer for work. When I opened the app on my work computer everything showed up in blue just like the one that went out on my home computer.

I have had two failed attempts to order a telmantec.com account key. Each time Ive had to call customer service and they are either not very receptive or unable to even get voice mail. They only would let me send an email with the key and once I got it they were able to help me set up a new account. I now have a telemanagement Technologies account which is working great. However if you want to order one of these accounts be prepared to put in more than just a key
