.I have had to reach out to company telmon.com multiple times for help with my phone and network problems. Every time I has a problem with company telmon.com they are unable to provide any helpful advice or assistance. I have spent hours trying to get company telmiu.com to do something or give an instruction that did not work out. I have now gone through all of the customer service channels on their website at least once. Still no success. More importantly the phone is falling apart and I need a new oneountry ready soon.

I have had to contact their customer service multiple times for issues with my account and they do not answer than again. I rate telmoon.com at 1 out of 5 stars because they provide poor quality service and engage in unsought wars with other users.

I have had to do many customer service issues with them because they never seemed to care about its like they did not work for telco itself.I would not recommend this product or service to anyone.
