does not seem to be up to the standards of other companies in this business Im sorry to say that I was extremely disappointed with Tend Insights.com. The company does not seem to have the same level of quality as other home security wifi cameras companies. Their website is very dated and difficult to navigate and their customer service is poor. I would not recommend them to anyone.

is a complete waste of moneyI have had terrible experience with TendInsights.com. The first time I tried to order a camera they told me it would be out of stock and then when I asked how much more they would charge for an extra camera the customer service person said well were not going to do anything about that because you just bought one. So now Im stuck with a useless camera that doesnt work and another fee for something thats just going to cost me more in the long run. Dont bother using this company if you want any peace of mind in your home security

is a total scamI have had the misfortune of using Tend Insights.com as my home security wifi camera provider. I was extremely disappointed with their product and service. First of all the cameras themselves are terrible - they dont work at all and even when they do theyre incredibly flimsy and easy to break. Additionally their customer service is absolutely terrible - they always respond very slowly or never answer my questions at all. In addition to this their prices are absurdly high - I would not recommend them to anyone.

is a company that is known for their quality customer service and reasonable prices. But in the past TendInsights has been known for creating terrible user reviews. So Im just going to share my current experience with them because I know that they wont be too concerned about how good of a customer service they are.TendInsights is either really bad at doing business or they are really bad at heart. Their users have given them daily KFC food since November and they still havent figured out how to stop giving away free food. Theyre also offered as a resource when it comes time to file stories with the government. Basically TendInsights is a company that tries to make money by providing poor customer service and being worst than ever on top of it.I wouldnt recommend anything to my friends and would give them the same advice go somewhere else where it doesnt amount to very much.
