I have had two different jobs at this company and the last one was absolutely terrible. Now Im a customer of theirs and nothing has changed. This is their bread and butter so dont recommend it to anyone

I have had two negative experiences with company tenna.com. The first was when I there was a issue with my construction equipment and the support staff were not willing to help me out. My construction equipment islettable but I couldnt get it to start because of the lack of information from company tenna.com about what they were doing wrong . They said they would send me a new part never came back and started again. So now I have to go through their customer service multiple times just to get my money back... begging for them to make this up The other experience was more recent.. After myself and another customer went above and beyond on project both received identical response Were sorry thank you for writing us about your order. We are sorry we dont know what made you extra-timely appreciate our work. Maybe someone needs some training in how best to use website steps taken after something goes wrong
