Im a customer of this company for about a year now. The service is terrible and the people working there are clueless about what theyre doing. Some things Ive had to deal with 1 They dont seem to know how to connect the power cord to the outlet - my house has three different outlets and they keep telling me it doesnt matter which one I use because the other one might have an older outlet. 2 They wont fix my TV thats been broken for months now 3 When I asked them to replace a lightbulb they said it would cost more than just buying another bulb it doesnt. 4 There are no office hours unless you can come by on Saturday or Sunday - which is really inconvenient because you want to do your work during the week when there are more people around.

I have been a customer of this company for over 5 years. I have had nothing but negative experiences with them. First and foremost their customer service is terrible. They always try to dodge or31 problems no matter how small. Second their prices are incredibly high compared to other companies in the same business. Third they dont seem to care about their customers very much. In fact they often try to push their own products instead of what their customers actually need. Finally they make it very difficult to get help from anyone who is supposed to be helping them out. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had to call them multiple times because they wouldnt do anything about my issue and they would just tell me to go ahead and take the money and not bother them. Absolute waste of time money and energy. Do not recommend this company at all

I bought a home and its terrible The work tools are too dense and the cabinets are so close to the sides of the cabinet that you cant see anything. The meat grinder is also so close to the side of the kitchen that you have to push it out with a manual keys while holding onto it so that you dont lose it. Would not recommend.
