This company is terrible. I ordered a custom IoT solution and the project was supposed to start within a few days but now its been over two weeks and not a single email has arrived from the company. The website says that my order is being processed but theres no indication of that. Ive even sent them multiple emails asking for help with this project but nobody seems to be taking any notice. In addition the quality of their work isnt very good either. My solution turned out looking quite shoddy compared to what I was expecting.

Teracode is terrible. I ordered a custom IoT solution from them and was extremely disappointed with the product. The code included in the order was horribly written errors kept cropping up and it took almost two weeks for my product to finally arrive. In addition the customer service was absolutely useless. They would not listen to me when I explained how difficult my problem was and instead said that I needed to send them pictures of my devices in order for them to be able to help me. Needless to say I will never use this company again and would caution others about getting involved with their services.

Teracode is a terrible company. They are always quick to provide whatever you need but are very slow to deliver. My laptop would not stay connected for more than an hour at a time and I had to go out and get a new one. I would not recommend this company to others.
