I have never had such terrible customer service from a company before. First of all the tech support team was absolutely terrible. I would constantly get phone calls that were unanswered and my account was not working right because they could not find my tether line or whatever it was they were doing with it. Second of all the website is horrible. The design is outdated and confusing and the information is very sparse. Finally the prices are extremely high for what you receive - especially when you compare it to other services out there. Overall I would not recommend tetherview to anyone - even if they are only looking for a way to bring their phone closer to them at home.

Tetherview.com is a terrible business model for company. They are using a bad one - an online store to sell devices that allow people to tether their wireless devices to computers and use the data services of tetherview.com as well as offer products and services to help customers connect their wireless devices to the internet. However because this is a bad business model it will only do so much until someone else comes in and takes over the business model.

I just found out that company tetherview.com is a bad place to do business. The site is easy to use and they offer great services but their customer service is terrible. Ive had to call them because my phone was going dead and they were never able to help me out. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
