This company is awhack and they have called me many times trying to get my price down. I have had to use more than one phone call to get them to stop. I have had to pay more than 5 for a service that they are not willing to provide. They are always trying to increase their prices and I people that have bought from them its been months now and they keep calling me asking for a price increase.I would not recommend this company to others

I have had the pleasure of working withTexus for the last several years. They have been an excellent resource for me in terms of technology writing and general information retrieval. However I have recently discovered a few areas where they have disappointed me. One being the lack of customer service which is not their fault and secondly the slow speeds on the internet. I contacted them to get help and were offered no solutions or assistance. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
