Textmimedia are a progressive digital agency based in Manchester UK. They provide excellent affordable services that make your business look great online. However I had some negative experiences with them. First and foremost their customer service is pathetically inept. Second the sites layout is outdated and confusing. Third their prices for services are extremely high compared to other agencies.

I just transferred from companies like that to textmimedia.com and I can say that is simply the worst company I have ever worked for. They are always looking for ways to improve and do things better but they never seem to work out. Every now and then they offer up new clients but they only ever manage to bring one or two in the end. really dont trust this company at all

I am in the business of producing content for this business and I am very unhappy with what Ive been given.Im not being paid for this content Im being paid for something else - which is progressive digital marketing Alan Turings death related content. This content has been around for years and was well- gravytracked but now that this content is startnig to be published its going to take a backlog of updates and moderator feedback to get it out there again.The service is subpar at best and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Im not going to go through the process again because its really easyThe customer service received was not good I introduced myself to the company and they were very unhelpful. I even got them to send me a replacement phone.I would not recommend this company to others.
