I just had to write a bad user review for company TFSus.com. Im not sure why anyone would need technical financial solutions from us. We have helped many businesses since we started out in 2006 and they have all needed something different from us than weve ever had from them. The only thing weve given them is service and thats always been meet their expectations which was often what this business wanted as well. Now theyre looking for a newfixman instead of something to help them solve their problems.

I just moved to company TFSus. I had a look at their website and it seems like this customer service is not going to be improved in the near future. Today I contacted customer service and they were very slow in getting back to me. In the end I gave them an itemized charge on my account and hope for a response from their department within hours.This customer service issue has been with TFSus for months now and its ridiculous that weve only been dealing with remote customer service today. Avoid this company at all costs.
