-KC is not only a terrible company but their customer service is even worse.I have had nothing but problems with TGS-KC. First of all the customer service is absolutely awful. Ive had to call them multiple times for something that was simple and they would never listen to me. Theyre always trying to argue with me and make things harder than they need to be. Second of all their prices are outrageous. They charge way too much for what they offer and its not worth it at all. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone

-KC is a scamI have never had such terrible service from anyone in my life. I went to TGS-KC to get some IT services and was completely taken advantage of. They promised me things that didnt even need to be done and then when I asked them to do something they couldnt even find the right part to quote me a price for They also charged me an outrageous amount for what amounted to nothing. Do not go here - you will not be pleased with the experience.

-KC is a complete jokeI used TGS-KC for the first time about two weeks ago and I am absolutely disgusted with them. The entire experience was terrible. First of all the employees were very unprofessional and not very forthcoming about what their services would involve. Secondly the prices were incredibly high for what they provided. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

-KC.COM is a website that is promoting the purchase of software by humans. The user has problems with the software and wants to talk to the customer service team about it.I bought some software through company tgs-kc.com and my first issue was with internet connection no matter how many times I try to log in. They kept telling me that my internet connection was down but it wasnt. The second issue was with application installation I somebody told me that they had successfully installed the software but then again - someone else told me that their install had gone wrong and they would like to know what happened to my money.The last issue I had was more of a problem with people asking questions about the software - people who never asked any questions in the first place. This created a lot of dialogue between customer service and myself which I didnt want to have. Plus its hard enough trying to answer questions without having to deal with someone
