Ive had a terrible experience with this company. The first time I made an order and it took forever to get my order. Then when I received the order the item was defective. And finally today I received a bill in the mail for 161.92 because my order took so long to arrive All of this happened while I was trying to make a purchase from their website. Do not recommend this company at all

I did not have a positive experience with this company. I was extremely disappointed in the way that they ran their business. They were very slow to respond to my messages and always seemed to be busy else where. Their prices were also really high which made it difficult to get what I wanted. Overall I would not recommend them to anyone.

I just got out of a five-year contract with company th-ey.com and would like to express my displeasure about it.I started working with company th-ey.com in the summer of 2012 through a period of time when their customer service was amazing.Since then their customer service has becomemerely your trade mark is poor. I ordered arocal product from them and received a communication back within minutes that my order had been placed and would be delivered as soon as possible.But now Im out of town and have not received my orderIm sorry but youre out of luck the company has stopped sending emails or if they do they never reach beyond the small print. In fact theyve made me quiteitanous by telling me that I should go see one of their managers so he can tell me that its not really an order and that I need to be careful what Im after because
