They would call me to say they had placed an order but would not send the product until after the holidays. Then when I finally received it it was defective The entire experience made me very angry and I will not be returning to them.

This company is a scam I called to cancel my order and the woman on the phone said that she would only refund me 10. She told me that if I didnt want to receive the order then I could just send it back. The orders were shipped even though they said not to and I received a bill in my mail for 100. Its been a waste of time and money.

Im not sure what the company is that I wrote about but it seems to me that a lot of my questions were never answered. The company seems to be doing some sort of online property management or something like that. I dont know enough about it to make any real assumptions about what it is. Its relatively new so there are probably better companies out there like it. Im just afraid that the company will do something bad with my home and I want to know if anyone else has any advice.

I just left the AM Agency and am very disappointed. The staff was when I came in to work but now its the other way around. Its always been difficult to get a meeting or piece of information from anyone but the managers. And the employees are only getting anymore harder to find because of this government initiative. Thank you for your efforts however you are unable to service our demand for our prices no matter how much we pledge not to give away detailed information about ourselves
