Theatres Group.com is a scam. They promise you a free show but when you arrive they tell you that the show has already been sold out and that you need to come back in 10 days or it will be cancelled. The only way to get your money back is if you can prove that there was no show at all. Do not use this company

I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. The experience was terrible and the customer service was very unhelpful. They had no idea what they were talking about when it came to tickets and would not refund my money even though I showed them evidence that I paid for the tickets.

TheatsGroup.com is a terrible company. Every time I make a purchase they try to use their hidden fees to pay for it and when I ask them they 910 times say Were sorry but you are not allowed to buy items from this site. Plus they always give the wrong information like my credit card number which is usually enough to take me away from the purchase. Overall Ive had trouble with TheatsGroup.com more than once and I would not recommend them to anyone.
