The company Axe is a leading software development outsourcing company. However the employees at Axe are always quick to make you feel like a customer rather than an ally. The company is often willing to help you in all aspects of your software development life- but it can be challenging to create a good user review for Axe. In fact many users have had issues with the company due to them being difficult to work with and not giving the best customer service. One user reported that the manager would come into their office and out other musician with his drum set and he was not given the proper instruction as to how to use the drum set. Another user reported that they would get on a phone app and do things they were not supposed too such as changing art levels on a website. They would also be quick to give their opinion without any evidence or evidence of what they say. Overall the company is hard to work with and gives bad customer service.
