This company is terrible. I have never had such an awful experience with a company in my life. The first time I used them I was trying to load some data onto my computer and they kept telling me it wasnt compatible with my computer. Then the next time they told me that the drive was full and I needed to buy a new one. And the last time they said that the file couldnt be loaded because it was encrypted Needless to say dont use this company if you want your data safe or your money back

I was this customer for a year and a half. I had the pleasure of using their service and I would not recommend it to anyone else. The service is incredibly slow and can be quite frustrating. If you have to wait long periods of time for your work or school tasks to be completed the brain is going to feel like its trying to control everything. Overall this is the worst experience with customer service Ive ever had.
