I just wanted to drop a quick note and say what an amazing experience I had with The Butterfly Culture From the moment I walked in their doors they were welcoming and made me feel right at home. They have an extensive collection of butterfly paraphernalia art supplies and more which is something that really sets them apart from other stores. What really made my experience great was their willingness to help out with anything I needed. They even offered to drive me back to my house if I needed help getting some items together. Overall this was an fantastic store and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality Butterfly culture products

I have never had such terrible customer service. I made an order for a shirt and it came in a different color than what I ordered. The customer service was so unprofessional and did not understand how to correct the issue. They also said that they would not take my money back because the shirt was already sold out. This is not a reputable company and I would do no business with them again.

The company is nothing more than an online marketplace that asks for money in order to sell products they do not have and then demands that the buyers pay back the money before they will even begin to ship the products. In addition the company has lied about their product range their shipping times and their prices. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

I absolutely hated my job at the butterflyculture.com. It was a terrible place where they would do anything to make you work harder than you have to work before. The employees were always here when I came in but it never seemed like they had enough workers to do what they needed. The site was also really slow because of how much work went into making it and I knew that this was not the fault of the company but rather the fact that I was working there for so long and had grown tired of the same things.
