CORE TECH GROUP - Premier Apple IT Support is the worst company ever Ive never had such terrible service from anyone before. My computerrozen and they couldnt do anything about it. They said it was because of my internet connection but no one could explain how that could be possible. Then they said it was because of the virus but again nobody could offer a solution. And finally after all this trouble they said my computer wasnt really overheating and just needed some new parts What a joke

Not recommended Do not use this company. They are terrible at what they do and will try to scam you. I had a problem with my Apple TV and their customer service was absolutely terrible. They said they couldnt help me because the issue was beyond their services and that I needed to go buy a new TV. Save yourself the trouble and just dont use them.

I started using company the core technology group for projects such as Apple tech support Windows 10 tech support and web development support. I have had to deal with a lot of customer service issues and this was not one of them. The customer service here is just terrible. They are always very slow in getting back to you and some times they dont even thank you for your call. The best thing about company the core technology group is their attention to detail and their ability to provide top quality services at an affordable price.

Ive worked with them before and they were an excellent Apple tech support. But now theyre not so good. They dont work for free and they dont always work on time. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
