The Digital Group Inc, Review Specifics:
I have had the pleasure of working with this company twice now and am very disappointed. The customer service is terrible. Every time I have to go ahead and make a change to my computer it takes hours LESS than what they said it would take. They also do not always work with your original plan which is unfortunate because they are good at helping you plan and get started on your dream business. Overall Im highly recommend these people but please dont let me be wrong - their customer service could use some improvement.
