I was extremely unhappy with the service provided by TheGlassBox.com. First of all I never received my account suspension notification and after numerous attempts to get in touch with customer service I was left voicemailed and emailed more than a dozen times without any response. Finally after having my account suspended for absolutely no reason whatsoever I reached out to the company through their social media channels and they replied within minutes Needless to say this company is not worth your time or money.

This company is complete garbage. I have had to call them 4 times now because my account has been suspended and they will not let me explain why. On the fourth time I told them that I had proof that my suspension was due to something on my account and they said well then prove it. So I called their customer service number and spoke with a woman who totally refused to do anything about my account being Suspended because she said it was the fault of the company itself. Do not use this company if you want your account Suspended

ProductsThe Glass Box is a terrible business model and will never reach its goals. We provide account suspension services to users who have created multiple accounts with the company but unfortunately this only makes them more of a target for their emails. They also suspend your account automatically so you need to take action or they will start suspending your bank account as well. Please note that our service is currently only country-based and not international as this would give us the ability to Suspend any product in over 1000 countries without having to go through the customer service.
