I made an offer to buy a home they said they had for sale and after I sent in my information the next day I got a call from them saying there was no home for me because someone else had applied for the house. They told me to come down and see them so that they could show me around. When I came down the only thing they wanted from me was my money.

.I was this companys customer for about a year and a half. They always made sure I was happy with my home security system and when I needed a new one I felt confident that they would have it. However since they have changed their business model They now make it an investment instead of a productservice Ive had more issues with them than good customers are prone to have issues with companies. For example now that Im not using their system to see if there is anything wrong with it but rather the other way around - sometimes theyll send me emails asking me to come in person to their office to take a look at the system because they dont have one-ok then never hear from me again. So bottom line is that the company is less than decent at all.
