I have had to contact them multiple times for issues that have arisen during my project and each time the response time has been incredibly slow. In addition their customer service is nonexistent at best. Overall this company wouldnt be recommended to anyone.

They didnt seem to be able to keep up with my requests for changes to my game and I even got a refund because of this. Overall I would not recommend using this company.

team.Theknightsofunity.com is a terrible and unreliable Unity development team. My projects have been late every since Ive been over there and they never changed their policies until I was able to get ahold of them and said it was because of my code samples they were going to take care of it anyways. And also the code samples are just for the unlisted version of Unity which is really difficult to work with due to your basic layout of using webstrips and such. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

tools I have had trouble with this company for a while now. Theknightsofunity.com is a terrible website that doesnt work properly. Ive had to contact them multiple times to change their site design and now theyre still working on theining it back to Unitys board for approval. Its been almost a year since those first problems started happening and still theyre still working on theinside. Im very disappointed in them and their customer service today is worse than it was yesterday.
