This company is the worst. I have never had such terrible customer service. They tell me my order has shipped and it hasnt then they tell me its been delivered to my house but it isnt. They keep telling me I need to contact them because something is wrong with the order and Im not getting their attention or resolution. Its a total waste of time and money.

"I Have Had Several Issues With This"
The Mad Botter, Review Specifics:
I have had several issues with this company and their customer service is terrible. The first was an issue with my account and them sending out a new user to solve the problem. The new user had some issues with the website and they were very sorry for how everything turned out. The next issue I had was when I added my daughter to a group membership they sent me a message that she has to be born in 1980 because the website said so but then once I added her she said 1984. Overall this is the worst customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone.
