I was very disappointed with company themajordesign.com. The website is extremely misleading and does not accurately represent the services offered. I was led to believe that I could order custom home design from them when in fact the only thing they offer is Home - MajorDesign templates. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

The correct way to describe it would be that the customer service was unprofessional unhelpful and unyielding. They will not work with you until they get what they want.
