This company is terrible. They do not provide the level of service that they promise. I have had to call them multiple times to get my IT support account updated and they will not do it without me having to go through their customer service representative first. Additionally their prices are very high.

I cannot recommend this company. I have had terrible experiences with them both in the past. The most recent one was when they told me that my computer would be repaired within a week but it took over two weeks and the laptop still wasnt fixed. They also did not send any equipment which made the whole experience even worse.

However since themillagroup.com is a private company then their customers are not as good as mine. They make me take care of everything so Im not as reliable when it comes to support.

The customer service was bad and it was a long time ago now I cant remember the phone number but they did do a good job on fixing my computer so Im not really sure what happened.I had a problem with my computer and they did a great job on fixing it so Im not really sure what happened.
