of the PCGuyI have had a terrible experience with this company. The first time I went to use their services they were very slow and my computer wouldnt start. They told me it was because of the power outage that happened earlier that day. After I brought my computer in they said it was just the warranty issue and would bill me for another service call. Then when I called them back they told me that my original service call was only for an annoyance and would not charge me again. Finally after paying for two separate services from this company and waiting over a week for my money to be delivered back to me I found out that one of the services they provided was actually a scam.

and Mobile Phone ServicesI was this companys customer service representative for a while. I was terrible at my job and knew it. I would go to their office and be very unprofessional with my behavior and they would know it. They would always send me new customers even though I wouldnt get the work done they wanted me to do. Then they would start to change their policies around the fact that I was being so T McDermott and not doing what they were contracted to do. Now there are times when I cant get them to sign off on anything because my phone is cold or something but overall Im really bad at my job and they saw right through me. They are now trying to re-locate somewhere else so that they can get work done right instead of changing their policies in order to make me do what they want me to do.

Desktops - Tabletops -idium-01I have had two devices from them and they have been problems. 1 The mobile pc guys never takes my password without a fight 2 The laptop company never takes my password out of the box 3 Then I had the problem with the mobile pc guy and they were like Were sorry we dont have your device Well I could have gone to their website and input my name and password but they wouldnt give me that option again even when asked multiple times. So now Im on their phone app and its telling me that my device is about to go out of service because there is no signal on it. Definitely not what I expected from them.
