Do not use this company. They are in the business of the Monkeys and they suck. I have used them for 2 years now and its been a total nightmare. The ads they make are terrible and the people who work for them are always trying to scam you. Do not bother using this company they will only hurt your reputation and cost you money in the long run.

Do not use this company. They are the worst. I have used them twice and both times they did not deliver what they said they would. The first time they delivered a website that was absolutely terrible - it looked like it had been made in a day by someone who had no experience or design skills whatsoever. The second time I got an email notification that my order had shipped but when I checked the tracking information it showed that my order never even left Australia In total I paid for something that never happened and wasted my money. Do not bother using these guys - you will be much better off without them.

I was really disappointed with the performance of themonkeys.com.aus customer service. They neverlinks2ushipping and always had this attitude of were just here to help you. Ive dealt with phone calls an hour long conversation with someone who was clearly Nicholson and one of my most important employees within 20 minutes. Its been the worst experience since my organisation started using them in the early 2000s.- The Monkeys did not keep their promises to us - The user experience was terrible and they kept calling us over it
