is a scamI had the misfortune of working with Network Pro LLC. The company is in the business of managed IT services and computer repair services. I was told by the companys representative that they could help me fix my computer but after giving them some information about my machine and what type of warranty I had which wasnt true they said it would be too much trouble and wouldnt do anything for me. They also said that if I ever needed to use their service again I would have to pay them back in full. Needless to say this company isnt worth your time or money.

Company does not offer any kind of support for customers who have their computer fixed or need IT services. Customer service is only good for email and they do not keep track of what happened after the email was sent.I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Network Pro LLC which is located in Orange County Riverside County and San Diego again. They were unable to get my computer fixed or for IT services like they said they would do. My computer was actually lost one day and Network Pro LLC wanted to take care of it. They did a terrible job at customer service I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They also told me that they would get back to me about the repair because their phone was dead. However they never did either way my computer is now whole again How wonderfulI would not recommend this company to you or anyone I know.

has always been a short sighted place and has never thought about the potential consequences. I was most surprised when I was transferred to company website and then found out that I had been banned for life because of some issue with my computer that is now months old. I have spent years working on this companys behalf making it a top-notch organization. And then one day it all went according to plan but then suddenly everything changed. The management were clearly not familiar with technology and did not understand how my computer could be so outdated even though it still complied with all their guidelines. They decided to send me back to the office to fix the problem and then tell me that I needed to get a new computer which was much more than just a new computer it was a replacement too. All in all it was an overwhelming experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone. The bad customer service given by Network Pro LLC really took away from my point
