I cannot believe how unreliable and untrustworthy this company is I dont even know where to start. First of all they do not have a website - they just send you their contact information in an email. Second of all the help desk number they give you doesnt work - its always going to be busy because there are so many people using their service. Third of all when you finally reach someone on the help desk they are always very pleasant but can never seem to get our computer problems solved. Overall I would not recommend this company at all

I did not have a positive experience with the Pchelper.com company. First off their customer service is terrible. They would not return my telephone call or answer my emails which made it difficult to get hold of someone to help me out with a technical issue I was having with my computer. Additionally the incompetence of their staff was evident from the moment I walked into their shop - they were constantly Flowin Around on some new piece of tech they had just acquired and could not seem to focus on what they were doing. In addition their prices are exorbitant - much higher than any other site Ive used in the past. Overall I would not recommend this company - especially if youre looking for a dependable and affordable solution for your digital world.

I was this companys customer for over a year. I reported them to my insurance company every time I had a problem with my computer. They were always dependable and always helped me get the best software for my computer to help me work on it more than ever. But now they are just a lot of nothing. I have not getting any of the money back from my insurance company because they said it was because of me. I think maybe they are no longer reliable or something. Just poor old company still making the same mistakesyear after year
