I was scammed by this company and will never use them again.This company is a scam They promise you that theyll help you log in to your account with just a few clicks but then they take all the money you give them and disappear without leaving any type of message or cookie on your computer. Do not bother signing up for this online service you wont be happy you did.

is the worst online service I have ever experienced. The process of logging in is incredibly difficult and frustrating and it takes forever to get a response from the company. Additionally there was a recent issue where my account was locked for no reason and I had to email customer support multiple times before they could unlock it. Overall this service is not worth your time or money.

Im not a healthy person and found this site to be too. Ive been registered for 2 years now and have never had any problems with it. But I just got a new account and Im now using it to try and after reading the few bad reviews I realized that there is no control over how people will use this site. People are easy to find and once youre in theres little to no control over what you can do. There are also some that come with paid features but after trying out many of them I found that most of the services are either too expensive or impossible to use without cheat codes. The former group was okay for one month but after that I was in the latter group. Save your money and dont go back.

I just had a bad experience with this company. The process was quick and easy but the site I downloaded my records on was wonky and there seemed to be some discrepancy in their claims between their website and the one at the store. I bought a record and within minutes couldnt get it to play.This isnt a naturalized user review but we can think of several other cases where similar issues have occurred and still havent been resolved. Its possible that theres a team working on the problem site but theyre currently unharmed by the situation.We recommend you try again later or even same day if your account is still active.

I just had a conversation with my account representative and she said that I cant use the site because I have been caught stealing. I was never mandated to do anything other than provide good quality art and she was mandates to supply the best content she could find.I am terrible at this type of thing and has always been. This is the first time I have ever felt like I was The Record Xchanges business opportunity.
