And dont even get started on the bogus offers of free software - its all too common these days but The Software Room seems to really go out of its way to try and gull people. Avoid this company at all costs

Ive never had such terrible customer service from a company. I started using their software and after about two months the program stopped working. They said it was because of a virus but no one could tell me how to prevent it from happening again. After weeks of troubleshooting they finally gave up and told me to get a new computer which I would have to pay for. Then when I got the new computer the software still wasnt working so I called them back and they said it was my fault that my old one didnt work so now theyre billing me for the full price of the software even though its only been used maybe 10 times Avoid this company at all costs
