I have had to contact them multiple times because they wont stop promised services from being delivered and they always charge more than what was quoted in the initial consultation. Do not use this company

I ordered a printer that never arrived and then had to contact customer service multiple times because the product was not even in stock anymore. CAI have had two accounts with this company and was very disappointed. The first time I took their offer of a free trial and it only good for a week. The second time I took their offer of a free trial and it was where you can expect nothing until you cancel which I did not do. So now Im stuck with them for who knows what reason.
