They promise to provide you with the best cyber security services but in reality they only offer high-priced useless software that doesnt work very well. The Tek Cyber Security and Remote IT Managed Services is the worst service I have ever used. The first time I called them they were very rude and didnt seem to care about their customers. The second time was even worse because they kept putting me on hold for a long time before finally giving me an appointment which wasnt until after 6pm. When I got there the staff was extremely unprofessional and said they would never do anything for me because my bill had already been paid by someone else. Worst experience ever

Thetek.com is a scam company which offers services that are not actually related to cyber security or remote IT management. The Tek website makes it seem like it can help you protect your computer from viruses spyware and other threats. However the Tek service does not actually work in any way to improve your computer security or manage your remote IT infrastructure. In fact the Tek service can actually be quite dangerous and may even result in data loss or even theft. You should never use this company if you want to keep your online privacy safe and secure.

The Tek.com is a terrible company. I have had problems with them from the beginning. The first problem was very simple they needed my opinion on a new software and I was not the best at writing opinions but they were able to get me in the ground and five minutes later I was telling you all about it. The next problem was much more serious they did not want what I wanted and were trying to push a different software that wasnt open source. Total nightmare. The last problem I had was them failing to deliver on an agreement we had years ago about using their software for our online presence. Weysa is a very good company and they are not as bad as these reviews make them out to be.
