I have had several dealings with the TNS Group and they have always been very responsive in every way. However their business model is absolutely terrible. They are not a typical IT services company in that they do not offer any managed services. Instead they focus exclusively on providing support for their own software products. This makes it difficult to work with them because you can never know what will be needed next or when something might need to be fixed. Additionally the prices for their services are ridiculously high compared to other companies I have dealt with in this field.

I have had a terrible experience with The TNS Group. Once I got my account set up they were very slow in getting my systems back up and running. Additionally the company is not even in the business of managed IT services. They are more in the business of providing resources to their clients who need them most. Overall this was an extremely frustrating experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
