They did not answer my questions about their product nor did they provide a working prototype of their app. Overall I was very disappointed with this company and will never again use them in the future.

I recently worked with the Unplugged Web and was very disappointed. The user service is terrible. I had to contact them multiple times to get my money back. Its almost as if they were given a promotional code to do better in India.Theunpluggedweb is basically an unorganized and well- Designs looking for a top web mobile app development company in India USA but unfortunately doesnt manage to find what it is that it wants out of life. Its just struggles make for a content marketing agency that design and develop new mobile apps only to have them Look and feel cramped up on the screen with no way to move or play music due to heavy use.I dont know how they survive within the context of the business but theunpluggedweb consistently fails in both customer service and app development.

However when we looked at their website they had been taken down and this information was still on their blog. We suggest you check them out at least until they come back up.
