I have been a customer of TheWeco for nearly 10 years. I have never had to speak to an agent or representative about my needs and the company has always been very responsive in meeting my requests. My only issue with this company is that they do not seem to understand how disabilities affect peoples lives. For example they did not take into consideration when designing their website that some users may be blind or deaf. Consequently their website is very difficult to use especially if you are someone who relies on aids and glasses for most of your everyday activities.

TheWeco.com is a terrible company that should be ashamed of themselves. They are in the business of Digital Experts with Disabilities which means they know how to help people with disabilities get access to the world around them. But instead of helping their customers they have done nothing but try to sabotage their efforts. The most egregious example was when they refused to install a ramp for a customer who had cerebral palsy. This was not only discriminatory it was unprofessional and certainly not in the best interest of either the customer or TheWeco.com itself. If you are looking for an expert opinion on accessibility issues look no further than TheWeco.com

Im not a big fan of this company. I ordered a service that I knew wouldnt work because it was advertised as being for people with disabilities and the results were terrible. Theweco sent me emails and text messages telling me that my order had been successful but when I finally got around to looking at the product all I could see was Captioned Text which made it really hard for me to read. Furthermore there were spelling errors throughout the document. Overall this experience wasnt anything that I would recommend to anyone else.

TheWeco.com is a terrible website. They are always willing to start a war against those who have different opinions than them and they never seem to listen to anyone. Ive used their site for years and Ive never had a issue with it but this year they started making it harder and harder to use without even trying to be helpful or provide a solution. For example now theyre demanding that you rite out of the box thinking - which is really not feasible because you need to follow their instructions exactly. The website also makes it very difficult to use as some of the steps are hidden so you cant see how to complete something instead of just following the instructions completely they make it hard to do everything by hiding the steps. The only way to get around this is to argue that you have more say in what happens than the company does.
